Artsbreak with Erin Keane

As part of the PNC Broadway series, the Kentucky Center has brought the musical “Memphis” to Louisville. Erin gives us her take on the play which runs April 4th-7th. Bourbon fans can catch an exhibit of ceramic bourbon bottles and shot glasses at the Kentucky Museum of Art and Craft – the exhibit runs April 5 – June 16 and The Bard’s Town presents the 10 minute play festival “Finnigan’s Festival of Funky Fresh Fun” which runs April 4- April 13.

Celebrating Wendell Berry in Music – Free Download!

Composer Andrew Maxfield’s settings of Wendell Berry’s poetry are part of “Celebrating Wendell Berry in Music,” a box-set that includes music by Eric Bibb and readings by Mr. Berry of his work. The premiere of these works will be Thursday, April 4 at 7pm at the Cathedral of the Assumption by Voces Novae, directed by Frank A. Heller, III.
