THE ART OF GREAT SINGING is on hiatus for a short time. Fadel’s program will return.
Fadel Friedlander-Fulkerson’s program about the great divas and divos of opera and the concert stage, airs each Sunday at 8 pm. Listen as Fadel covers the life and careers of great singers from the beginning of recorded sound to the present.
Fadel leads you through the world of opera with a look at different operas and an examination of how the styles of performance have changed over the decades. Sometimes Fadel will focus on the work of one singer; sometimes she reveals the interpretations of different singers on the works of one composer; and sometimes she will uncover a rare recording that you won’t want to miss!
